Job Description Job Description Location : Dallas, TX Job Title: CAD Technician I * Requires an associate's degree in architectural drafting or the equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. * Provides basic CAD support to the designers and project managers. * Develops plans and designs based on the needs of the client. * Responsible for surveying existing spaces, creating as-builts and preparing preliminary plans, pricing plans and construction documents. * Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. * Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. * Requires a high level of supervision. * Typically reports to the Team Lead. * Review conducted by Team Lead.
